Jamie, his friend Chuck, and a little girl are dressed up as Harry, Ron and Hermione respectively.

It seems Chuck is trying to impress the little girl so she won’t like Jamie, and he uses the argument that Hermione is supposed to like Ron cause that’s how it is in the books.

Jamie’s response is that Chuck hasn’t read the books.

So, Chuck is all, well in the movies Hermione has a crush on Ron, so she likes Ron and NOT Harry Potter just so everyone was clear.
